Go to Tools>>Merge Setup>>Batch Setup
This program will let users group together letters or forms to print out at the same time using Custom Forms and Letters. Blank forms may also be printed out using this program.
For a new batch enter an unique code for the batch.
For an existing batch enter or select a batch code.
Enter a description for a new batch. For an existing batch code its description will be displayed here. The description may be edited.
Note:
A new batch code and description must be saved before you can link template codes. If you do not save, you will get an error after you enter a line as the programs attempts an auto save. If Save is not available, use the F2 key.
Enter the individual merge template codes to link together.
Template information may be overwritten if it needs changed or a line may be deleted by placing the cursor in the line with the code and clicking the delete key. A confirmation information box will be displayed asking "Delete the Line?" Click "Yes" to delete the line
Enter a sequence number for each line.
For example:

Select a template code to link from the browse box.
The description for the selected code will be displayed.
Press the Print Blank Forms to print blank forms or letters.
