When there are two full time students in a household and a letter does not print out for the second student this may be the reason:
A full time student verification letter should be setup on the base layer and not on page one. Verification letters should also be setup on the base layer and not on page one in most cases. This means that the letter should not be more than one page.
Go to Tools>>Merge Setup>>Merge Template
Select the CODE for the full time student verification letter
Letter Type should be Full Time Student Verification
Press the Design button to enter the layout area
Uncheck all of the pages except Base - if the base page is blank then:
Uncheck Base and check First Page
Do CTRL A to select all of the information on the page and then do CTRL X to cut (copy and remove) the first page information
Uncheck First Page and check Base
Do CTRL V to paste the information from the first page to the Base
The verification letter should now be on the Base page
Press the Save button (floppy disk) or go to File>>Save to save the change
Close the Edit Layout
Try printing your student verification letters again.
If your letter still does not print, please call the Horizon help desk for assistance.
