Global Task Manager

The Global Task Manager allows you to enter and maintain Applicant tasks, create letters, and print task listing.

NAVIGATION: ACTIVITIES menu > Global Task Manager

  1. The Global Task grid will populate with all open tasks
  2. Grid columns include
    1. Complete
    2. Complete Date
    3. Task Description
    4. Expected
    5. Effective Date
    6. Household/Member Name
    7. Comment
  3. Filter the tasks displayed in the grid with these options
    1. Application For: use the drop down to select a specific application 
    2. Case Worker: use the drop down to select a specific case worker 
    3. Expected on or Before: enter or select a date
    4. Task Description: use the drop down to select a specific task
  4. The grid will updated based on the filters selected
  5. Mark Task Completed
    1. Place a check mark in the Complete column; press tab
    2. Complete date will populate with today's date; enter or select a different date if needed; press tab
    3. Enter or select an expected date, if applicable; press tab
    4. Enter a comment about the task; press tab
  6. For: use the drop down to filter the tasks based on the selection:
    1. All
    2. Completed Only
    3. Outstanding Only
  7. Print Batch Letter
    1. After you have the grid filtered, click LETTER BATCH
    2. Follow the process to complete the batch letters
  8. Print Task Listing: click this button to print the Applicant Task Listing
