How To Run Current Waiting List Reports

Section 8 Waiting List Report

NAVIGATION: REPORTS menu > Waiting List (Section 8)

  1. Enter or select the Application For, Press TAB.
  2. Press the BROWSE button beside Waiting List and select the correct Waiting List. Press TAB.
  3. User may enter a Bedroom Size, however, the report will encompass all Bedroom Sizes when 99 is entered. Press TAB.
  4. User may enter a number in the Only Top field. Only that number of top applicants will be on the report.
  5. User may check the Include Pending Status box for the report.
  6. Enter a check mark in Create Merge Interface if a letter or form will be printed using Batch Letters and Forms to applicants on this list.
  7. User may Sort the Report by Position, Applicant Name, Tracking Number, Applicant Number or Income Level.
  8. Output Options: check any options that apply
    1. Print Full Address
    2. Print Statistics
    3. Status Note Mode
    4. Remove Gender from Report
    5. Remove Race from Report
    6. Print Age of Head of Household
    7. Remove Family Size
    8. Print Caseworker Instead of Class
    9. Print Action Tracking
    10. Print Race/Ethnicity for HOH
  9. Exclude the Following: Applicants can be excluded from the report by checking one or more boxes.
    1. Owes Money
    2. Criminal Check
    3. Verification Pending
    4. Complete
    5. Waiting on Voucher
    6. Issued Voucher
  10. Under the Special Include Only box, users may select Accessibility or Homeless to only show applicants with that designation on the report.
  11. Click PREVIEW or PRINT.

Public Housing Waiting List Report

  1. Enter or select the Application For, Press TAB.
  2. Press the BROWSE button beside Waiting List and select the correct Waiting List. Press TAB.
  3. User may enter a Bedroom Size, however, the report will encompass all Bedroom Sizes when 99 is entered. Press TAB.
  4. User may enter a number in the Only Top field. Only that number of top applicants will be on the report.
  5. User may check the Include Pending Status box for the report to include applicants who are pending.
  6. Enter a check mark in Create Merge Interface if a letter or form will be printed using Batch Letters and Forms to applicants on this list.
