Applicant Listing

Go to List>>Applicant Listing

This program will generate a listing of applicants who have an Original Information Date that falls within the date range entered for the list in name or tracking number order.  The generated report may also be restricted to only those applicants who have the "Homeless at Admission" box checked.

Report Options

Click Report Options for more information on the following areas for generating and viewing the report:

Applicant Selections

Applicant For

Select an Applicant For code for the report.  This is a required field.

Other Selections

Application Date From and To

Enter or select an application date range for the list.

Homeless Only

Entering a checkmark in the Homeless Only box will restrict the report to those applicants whose admission dates fall within the date range and who have the "Homeless at Admission" box checked.

Print Address

When a checkmark is entered in the Print Address box, the applicant's address will be displayed on the report.

Sort Order

Applicant Name

Place the selecting "dot" in the Applicant Name circle to generate the report in name order.

Tracking Number

Place the selecting "dot" in the Tracking Number circle to generate the report in tracking number order.
