How to Run a System Wide Search

Go to the docking pane on the right side of the window and click on Housing System Search.

Housing System Search

• Enter all or some of the following information as searchable information
• • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Social Security Number

• 1. • A Date of Birth and a plus or minus number of days may also be entered

     • Horizon recommends a search by Name (first and last)  and Social Security Number be run for each person.  Names may change over time.

• Click on Search

• To begin a New Search, Click on the Start Over button
