How to Withdraw/Make an Applicant Ineligible

Applicant Master (Active Applicants)

Go to Activities>>Applicant Master

• Enter the Application For or select from the browse

• Enter the Last Name and select the applicant

• • Verify that the correct applicant has been selected

  • If the applicant's file is "Read Only" go to Quick Link>>Unlock Applicant File to get into "Edit Mode"

• Open the Actions tab

• Click the Add Action Item button

• Select an Action Code

• Enter a Modified Description if desired

• • Modified Descriptions are displayed in the Comment field in the Action grid

• Change the Effective Date to match the DATE OF THE ACTION

• Enter the Effective Time of the Action , if applicable

• Checkmark one or more of the displayed Waiting Lists that this Action applies to or press the Select All button if the action should be applied to all of the Waiting Lists

• • Note:  A separate Action Item line will be added in the grid for each check marked Waiting List

• Click the Save button - the Add an Applicant Action Item program will close and one or more Action lines will be added to the grid

• Please review and verify that the Action Item line is correct

• After verifying the Action Item, open the Main tab

• Review the Action information in the Waiting List grid at the bottom of the view and verify the following fields:

• • Status

  • Bedroom Size (BR)

  • Date

  • CStatus

  • Status Date

Save and Close the Applicant Master or continue working with the applicant.
