Go to Settings>>Zip Code Maintenance
This program is used to enter, view or edit zip code, city and state information.
At the top of the view are functions such as save and delete. For more information, click here.
The following information is stored, entered or edited in the grid:
Zip
City
State
To enter a new line of information, click on the last line shown and down arrow, enter or tab to a new line. Enter the zip code, city and state information on the new line and tab or enter to the next new line. Information in grids are saved when a line is exited, but you can click the "save" button as well when on the next new line.
Zip code information is also updated in this program as zip codes are entered into any of the housing programs.
In the programs, zip code fields that are slightly shaded can be used to automatically "recall" and auto enter the city and state based on the information in the grid for each zip code.
