Work Order Activity Reports

This report pulls Work Order information from both the Work Order Master file (Activities > Work Order Entry) and Work Order History (Inquiries > Work Order History). The report selects information based on the following work order criteria:

If Completed Work Orders Only is left unchecked as a report option:

  1. The Work Order Date Requested is within the date range selected and Date Completed is blank
  2. This will find uncompleted work orders within the date range and include on the report
  3. The Work Order Date Completed is within the date range selected
  4. This will find completed work orders within the date range and include on the report
  5. The Work Order is not voided

If Completed Work Orders Only is checked as a report option:

  1. The Work Order Date Completed is in the date range selected
  2. The Work Order is not voided
  3. The report will also include or exclude Work Order activity information based on the Area, Area/Community or Categories that have been selected.

Work Order Activity - By Work Order

NAVIGATION: REPORTS menu > Work Order Activity Report > By Work Order

  1. Area: Enter or select an Area for the report or leave blank for all areas.
  2. Community: Enter or select a Community for the report or leave blank.
    1. A Community cannot be selected if Area is left blank.
  3. Category Selection
    1. The report program defaults to all categories selected.
    2. Clicking in a checked box will remove the checkmark and unselect it.
    3. Clicking the same box again will insert the checkmark again.
    4. Select All: Click the "Select All" button will select every category.
    5. Unselect All: Click the "Unselect All" button to remove all the checkmarks.
  4. Start Date: Enter or select a beginning date for the report range.
  5. End Date: Enter or select an ending date for the report range.
  6. Print Second Address Line: Place a check mark in the box if the report should include the second address line.
  7. Completed Work Orders Only: Place a checkmark in the box if the generated report should be restricted to work orders that have a Work Order Date Completed entered.
  8. Assignment: Select one of the following options to only include work orders that have been assigned to one of the following:
    1. Assigned to Both
    2. Assigned to Internal
    3. Assigned to Contractor
    4. Work Order Activity - By Unit
  9. Preview or print the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options)

Work Order Activity - By Unit

NAVIGATION: REPORTS menu > Work Order Activity Report > By Unit

  1. Area: Enter or select an Area for the report or leave blank for all areas.
  2. Community: Enter or select a Community for the report or leave blank.
    1. A Community cannot be selected if Area is left blank.
  3. Category Selection
    1. The report program defaults to all categories selected.
    2. Clicking in a checked box will remove the checkmark and unselect it.
    3. Clicking the same box again will insert the checkmark again.
    4. Select All: Click the "Select All" button will select every category.
    5. Unselect All: Click the "Unselect All" button to remove all the checkmarks.
  4. Start Date: Enter or select a beginning date for the report range.
  5. End Date: Enter or select an ending date for the report range.
  6. Summary Only: Enter a check mark in the Summary Only box to summarize the report.
  7. Completed Work Orders Only: Place a checkmark in the box if the generated report should be restricted to work orders that have a Work Order Date Completed entered.
  8. Assignment: Select one of the following options to only include work orders that have been assigned to one of the following:
    1. Assigned to Both
    2. Assigned to Internal
    3. Assigned to Contractor
  9. Preview or print the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options)
