Condition of Unit Report

Tracking Reports

This program will generate a Condition of Unit tracking report based on the selections entered.

Report Toolbar

Across the top of the program view are report options such as Preview and Print.  For more information on toolbars, click here.

Program Selection

Select one of the following options for the report:

• <<All Programs>>

• Section 8

• Public Housing

Type

Select one of the following Types for the report:

• <<All Types>>

• Units

• Building/Sites

Inspector Selection

Select one of the following:

• <<All Inspectors>>

• One of your inspectors

Group Selection

Group Code

Enter or select a Group Code, if applicable.  Inspection Group Codes are setup and maintained by users.

Description

If a group code was selected, its description will be displayed in this field.

Last Inspection Date Selection

Start Date

Enter or select a last inspection date for the beginning of the report range.

End Date

Enter or select a last inspection date for the end of the report range.

Group By

Place a selecting "dot" in a circle in front of one of the following to have the report grouped in the selected order:

• Inspector

• Last Status

• Group Code
