This program is used to setup and maintain group codes used in the inspection process.

Header

Group Code

Enter a new unique group code or select a group code to view or edit.

Description

Enter a description for a new group code, or edit the description of an existing group code.

Dictionary Setup

Use Dictionary Book

A Dictionary Book should be selected from the list.  The selected dictionary will be used for inspections associated with this group code.

Settings

Class

Select one of the following classes for the group code:

• Unit

• Building

• Site

• <Undefined>

Standard Room Types (Excluding Bedrooms)

In the grid select all applicable room codes (except those codes pertaining to bedrooms) and check all the bedroom sizes that would apply.

For Example:

Add a kitchen room code and check all bedroom sizes.  A kitchen is usually found in all units, no matter what bedroom size it is.
