This program is used to setup and maintain areas or rooms to be inspected.

Enter or select a Dictionary.
Enter a new unique room code or select an existing code to view or edit information.
For Example:
BR for bedroom
KT for kitchen
Select one of the following HUD Room Codes:
N/A
1 - Bedroom or Other Sleeping
2 - Dining Room
3 - 2nd Living Room/Family Room
4 - Entrance Halls/Staircases
5 - Additional Bathroom
6 - Other
A - Main Living Room
B - Main Kitchen
C - Main Bathroom
D - Building Exterior
E - Heating and Plumbing
F - General Health and Safety

Place a checkmark in the box if the added room should always be included in the inspection.
Enter or increment to the numeric print sequence number to indicate the order in which this room will appear on the inspection form.
Place a checkmark in one or more of these areas if the room would be found in them.
For Example:
A bathroom may be found in a unit, building and site.
Place a checkmark in any of the inspectable items that apply to the room. If an inspectable item is not listed, it can be added using the Inspectable Items program.
