Go to Utilities>>Initialize Applicant Change Log
This program will delete all of the information in the Applicant Change Log for the selected Application For or if the Application For is left blank, for all.
Applicant Cards can be printed out for applicants who have had changes made to their file because the Change Log stores the Application For code and the Tracking Number when a change is made.
Tacking information is removed after Applicant Cards are printed by running this process.
The change log will begin to accumulate information when more changes are made in the Applicant Master.
At the top of the view are functions such as Clear and Close. For more information on functions, click here.
Enter or select an Application For code.
Type the word "DELETE" in the field. This is a verification step, to assure that the program is not run by accident.
Press the Delete button to run the program.
Clicking the Cancel button will close the program without running the process.
