
Consumer Time Tracking Listing
The report will show you a list of all the time tracking punches by facility and consumer. If a punch was not completed, you will not see an end time on the report. This report is helpful to review to ensure staff are completing the punches properly.
NAVIGATION: REPORTS menu > Consumer Time Tracking Listing
- In the DATE RANGE section, enter the time frame you want to review the punches.
- Select any other options or leave blank to review all punches for the time frame you selected. Options include:
- Case Number
- Service Codes
- Facility (select one facility or leave blank for all facilities)
- In the OPTIONS section, check either option you would like to include on the report:
- Missing Documentation Only: if you have documentation linked to the punches, the report will show you any documentation that has not been completed.
- Show Summary Section: this option will give you a summary after each consumer of the total entries by service code, total hours of the punches, and total days.
- Show Manual Entry Only: this option will give you a report of only the entries that were manually entered/edited.
- Place a check mark in the NOTIFY box and click the RUN REPORT icon.
- When the report is ready to review, a prompt will appear that says the report is complete.
- Click YES to open the report in a new window.
- If you do not click notify, you will need to access the report from your dashboard and it will open in the same window.
- If you want to create an Excel file, check the EXPORT TO FILE box before you process the report.
- The report will display on the screen and the file will be available on your dashboard so you can download/save it to your computer.
- Preview, print, or save the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options)
