Report Summary

The Employee Compliance Report shows note details to give supervisors a clear view of both compliance status and staff productivity:

  1. Service Date and Code
  2. Start and End Time of the service
  3. Note Completion Date/Time
  4. How long it took staff to complete the documentation

Run an Employee Compliance Report

NAVIGATION: REPORTS menu > Employee Compliance Report

  1. Set Your Filters.
    1. Date Range: enter the start and end dates if you want to see expiring or completed items in a certain timeframe.
    2. Program / Facility: (optional) narrow down by location or program.
    3. Employee: pick one employee, or leave blank to include all staff.
    4. Consumer: pick one consumer, or leave blank to include all consumers.
    5. Service: pick one service, or leave blank to include all services.
    6. Options – Choose whether to show data from Entry, History, or Entry and History.
  2. Process the Report.
    1. Place a check mark in the NOTIFY box.
    2. Click the PROCESS button.
    3. When the report is ready, a prompt will appear saying it is complete.
    4. Click YES to open the report in a new window.

      ⚠️ If you do not click Notify, you’ll need to open the report from your Dashboard, and it will display in the same window.
  3. Export (Optional).
    1. To create an Excel file, check the EXPORT TO FILE box before processing.
    2. The file will appear on your Dashboard for download and saving.
  4. Preview, Print, or Save.
    1. Review the report on-screen.
    2. Use the report preview options to print or save (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options)
