NAVIGATION: SYSTEM menu > Admin Tools > User Menu Rights

  1. In the USER NAME field, select the user using the BROWSE button. The user ID and full name will display.
  2. Click the LOAD USER RIGHTS INFORMATION icon. The list of menu options will appear. The menu name will be bold if the user has rights to any of the items within it.
  3. Select the menu to which you want to assign menu rights for the user. A list of menu options will open below the menu name. If there are menu options below any of the items listed, you will see a black triangle next to the option. Click the black triangle to see the complete list of submenus.
  4. To give the user access, select each menu, sub-menu, or individual options. Items assigned to the user will be bold.
  5. To remove a menu, sub-menu, or individual option from the user, select it, then uncheck the ENABLE ITEM check box.
  6. Once all menus, sub-menus, or individual options are assigned, click SAVE.
