Rebuild Advanced Search File

This program is used to build search file information from tenant files and may be run at any time.  If the Tenant Management Search or Housing System Search programs are missing tenant information, this program should be run to rebuild the tenant files.

NAVIGATION: UTILITIES menu > Rebuilds > Rebuild Advanced Search

1. Click START REBUILD to begin rebuilding the search file.
2. While the process is running, a prompt "Build Search File" will appear.
3. When the process is complete, a rebuild complete information box will appear.
4. Click OK.
5. The search file is now updated.
