Tenant Scheduling Report

NAVIGATION: ACTIVITIES menu > Appointment Processing > Tenant Scheduling Report

  1. See Tenant Scheduling Report
  2. If you do not see all of the tenants that you wanted to schedule appointments with, return to the Tenant Scheduling Grid.

Print Batch Letters

NAVIGATION: ACTIVITIES menu > Merge > Batch Tenant Letters

  1. Letter Code: enter or select the appropriate Letter Code 
  2. Area Number: enter or select the area; leave blank to see all areas
  3. Community Number: enter or select the community; leave blank to see all communities
    1. A community cannot be selected if the Area Number was left blank.
  4. Selection Type: select APPOINTMENT DATE
  5. From Date: enter or select the first appointment date 
  6. To Date: enter or select the last appointment date
  7. Click BUILD FROM SELECTIONS button on the right side to populate the grid
  8. Letter Date
    1. The Letter Date will default to the current date.  
    2. The date may be changed if necessary.  
    3. The date should be the day you will be sending the letter out.
  9. Review the appointments/tenants shown in the grid.  
    1. All of them should have a check mark in the X box to indicate they have been selected to receive the selected letter. 
    2. Any of the appointments/tenants may be unchecked if they are not correct or should not receive the letter.
  10. Click PRINT BATCH
  11. If the letter has special questions, the Special Questions dialog box will be displayed.  
    1. Enter the requested information and click CONTINUE
  12. Print Options box will be displayed
    1. Change the Direct to option from Printer to Preview
    2. When printing a batch of letters, it is preferable to view the batch first
    3. Click START 
  13. All of the letters will be shown in the batch
  14. If the batch looks correct, press the printer icon at the top
  15. Verify that the batch of letters printed properly to complete the process and distribute.
