Go to Reports>>Historical Waiting List>>By Bedroom Size
This program will generate a historical report by effective date of public housing applicants on the waiting list by bedroom size for the Application For and Waiting List information selected. The Preference Legend will only display preferences that apply to the selected list and preference point values will be displayed in parenthesis in the legend area. An initial will display for the type of accessibility that has been requested on the extreme right column of the report.

Click Report Options for more information on the following options for generating and viewing the report:
Enter or select an Application For code for the report.
Enter or select a Waiting List code for the report or leave this field blank to generate a report for all waiting lists associated with the selected Application For.
Enter a Bedroom Size for the report or leave the default of "99" to include all bedroom sizes on the report.
When a number is entered into this field, the report will be restricted to those applicants who are within the position number entered.
Leave the field blank or enter a "0" to include all applicants on the report.
For Example:
Enter the number 25 and only applicants in the top twenty five positions on the waiting list will be included on the report.
Enter or select an Effective Date for the report.
Check the box if applicant's with a pending status should be included on the report. The applicant's with a pending status will be in bold print.
If you are running the report in order to print batch letters or merge information, enter a check mark in Create Merge Interface. If this box is not checked, applicant or merge information will not be available for printing merge forms or letters.
Select one of the following options or leave blank:
Accessibility
Homeless
One or more of these options may be selected.
Check this box if the full unit address is to print on the report. When this box is checked the "Use Mailing Address if Available" option will become available to check.
When "Print Full Address" is checked, this option becomes available. Check the box if the program should use the mailing address instead of the unit address if one has been entered.
Check this box if statistics should print on the generated report. Statistics may include the following:
Race Breakdown
Family Status
Ethnicity Breakdown
Income Codes
Sex of Head
Check this box to have the "Notes" entered on the front panel of the Applicant Master print under a Comment section on the report. The report is arranged differently and some columns are removed.
When the box is checked the following fields are no longer available as options:
Remove Gender from Report
Print Age of Head of Household
Check the box to remove male/female (M/F) from the report under the X column. When the box is checked the statistics for "Sex of Head" is also removed from the report.
Check this box to remove the race breakdown from the end of the report.
Check this box to add an "Age" column to the report.
Check this box to remove the "FS" column from the report.
Checking this box will add a Race and Ethn column to the report and shorten the Class column which will only show the code.
Checking this box will remove Class from the report and replace it with Caseworker information.

Click within one of the circles to place a dot in front of either position or applicant name to have the report printed in the order selected.
Enter a check mark in the box to turn off page breaks.
