Go to Lists>>Dictionary Listing
This program will generate a list of Inspectable Items and their associated deficiencies for a selected Dictionary Book.
Select a Dictionary for the generated list.
Select Preview to view the report on screen. The generated report can be printed within the preview screen along with other options. Click here for more preview information.
Click the Print option to send the report to a previously setup/used printer.
Click the Print with Setup report option to bring up the print dialog box. Select a printer and press Print.
The Email report option will generate the report in a .pdf format and bring up an Untitled Message box with the generated report already attached.
Enter or select the email recipient and person to copy message to, if applicable.
Enter a subject title
Click Send
Click the Export icon and then select PDF from the menu. The export option will bring up a windows browse box.
Browse to the folder in which the list is to be saved in
Rename the pdf file or leave the default name
Click Save
Clicking the Clear Selections icon will remove selected information.
