Inspection Tables

This program is used to setup, maintain and associate inspectable items with a Dictionary Book.

Header

Dictionary Book

Enter or select the Dictionary Book the inspectable item will be associated with.

Inspectable Item

Enter a new inspectable item or select an inspectable item to view or edit.

For Example:

• Bathroom

Display Sequence

If you have a preference, enter or increment to the numeric print sequence order in which the item will print on the inspection form.

Parameters

Special Class

Select one of the following special classes for the inspectable item:

• Standard

• Lead Based Paint (Int)

• Lead Based Paint (Int 2)

• Lead Based Paint (Ext)

• Lead Based Paint (Ext 2)

• Lead Based Owner Cert

• Tie Downs

• Smoke Detector

• Housekeeping

• Smoke Detector

• Call for Aid

• Condition of Unit

• Lease Violation

• Undefined

Place a checkmark in one or more of the following boxes if they apply to the inspectable item:

• No Inconclusive

• Unit

• Building

• Site

• Tracking Item

Comment

A space is provided for a Comment to be entered regarding the Inspectable Item.
