This program is used to schedule appointment dates and times for inspections based on selected group information.
See Also:
Enter or select a group code or leave at the default of <<All Groups>> to see all inspections regardless of group associations.
Select an Inspector's name to schedule inspections for or leave at the default of <<All Inspectors>>.
The Rebuild Grid button will refresh the Scheduling Grid based on the selections entered.
Enter a checkmark in the box to have the grid show inspections that have a scheduled date. Inspections that do not have an inspection date and time will not be displayed.
Enter or change the following information in the grid:
Scheduled - Enter or select the appointment date for the inspection
Time - Enter the time of the inspection appointment followed by an A or P to indicate morning or afternoon
Other information displayed in the grid:
Address
Address 2
City
Last Name
First Name
Select one of the following display orders for the grid:
Address Order
Last Name Order
Scheduled Date
