County Master File

Go to Maintain>>Waiting List Tables>>County Master

The program can be used to setup Income Limits, Payment Standards, Fair Market Rents, Custom Limits and Custom Rents by County Code.  The County Master File and its information is available in Tenant Management and Section 8.

County codes may be assigned in Applicants (Active).

Function Menu

Across the top of the program view are functions such as save and delete.  For more information on functions click here.

Header

County Code

Enter or select an existing county code to pull up the associated Income and Rent information.

To setup a new County Code enter a unique code of up to 3 digits for the county.  

Note:

The County Code is a key field and may not be changed and should not be deleted.

Description

View, enter or edit the description for the county code.

Effective Date

Enter or select a date that the Income Limits and Rent Information will be in effect.

Note:

If you are updating income limit information for a new effective date, remember to click the Save In History button prior to changing the Income or Rent information.

Enter new income limits, on these two tab pages, that have been issued.  Go to www.huduser.org to find income limit information to input for your area/county.  Income limits are updated yearly by HUD.  Income limits may have been setup elsewhere and this area may be left blank.

Income Limits

Enter income limits per family sizes up to 12 for Low, Very Low and Extremely Low income limits.

Save In History

Click the save in history button before and after entering new income limits or Rent Information for a new effective date.

Rent Information

Payment Standards

Enter payment standards for each bedroom size listed.

Fair Market Rent

Enter Fair Market Rent information for each bedroom size listed.

This page is available to enter custom limits for the county with an effective date.  Enter the following information:

This page is available for users to enter custom rent amounts for the county with an effective date.  Enter the following information:
