Monitoring Documentation

There are multiple ways to enter documentation in the system. Program supervisors and administrative staff will need to monitor the documentation being completed in the system. Depending on setup, some services will not create a billable entry until the documentation is completed. The following reports are useful tools to review and manage service documentation.

  1. Consumer Time Tracking Listing
    1. The report will show you a list of all the time tracking punches by facility and consumer.
    2. If a punch was not completed, you will not see an end time on the report.
  2. Missing Documentation Report
    1. The missing documentation report will provide you with a list of any service entry that does not have completed documentation attached to it.
    2. This process will look at the consumer service master and forms linked to the consumer to figure out if a service entry was made but documentation was not completed.
  3. Employee Compliance Report
    1. The employee compliance report provides you with a list of the number of documentation entries and time spent on each entry that staff submitted in the system.
    2. You can filter the report by facility, client, employee, service, etc.
    3. It’s a useful report to review, especially when starting to monitor length of time to complete notes, identify staff who may need assistance, etc.
  4. Daily Documentation Detail Report
    1. This report will print the notes that staff enter when they complete documentation.
    2. You can filter the report by facility, consumer, or employee.
  5. Employee Screening Report
    1. The employee screening report provides you with a list staff who have completed the screening in the system, i.e., COVID screening, ISP training, etc.
