Consumer Participation Analysis Report

This report will provide detail per individual of all CPS services provided and the percentage of time in the community/facility.  The Summary report will provide one line per individual and their percentage of time in the community/facility.

NAVIGATION: REPORTS menu > Consumer Participation Analysis

  1. In the FACILITY section, select the facility you want to run the report for.
  2. If you have programs set-up, you can select a program in the PROGRAM section.
  3. In the DATE RANGE section, enter the time frame you want to review.
  4. To view a summary report, check the box SUMMARY.
  5. If you use the Job Processes/Job Entry in the system, check the box JOB ENTRY ONLY.  This will base the calculations on the job entries - not the service entries.  
  6. Place a check mark in the NOTIFY box and click the RUN REPORT icon. 
    1. When the report is ready to review, a prompt will appear that says the report is complete. 
    2. Click YES to open the report in a new window.
    3. If you do not click notify, you will need to access the report from your dashboard and it will open in the same window.
  7. If you want to create an Excel file, check the EXPORT TO FILE box before you process the report.
    1. The report will display on the screen and the file will be available on your dashboard so you can download/save it to your computer.
  8. Preview, print, or save the report (see Report Preview, Print and Save Options)

REQUIRED STEPS:  In order for this report to work, the following steps need completed:

  1. Setup two Service Groupings - COMMUNITY and FACILITY.  Link the service codes for each group.
  2. For the facilities that provide CPS services, make the following changes in the Facility Master:
    1. If you use PROGRAMS for grouping purposes, assign the PROGRAM.
    2. If you use the TYPE OF CONTACT, review the settings on the TOC tab.  Check the box CP for the service codes that are community participation.
    3. For the CPS service codes, make the following setting changes in the Service Code Master:
    4. Check the box ALLOW ZERO UNITS.
    5. On the OPTIONS tab, check the box DOCUMENTATION ENTRY CREATES BILLABLE SERVICE if applicable.
    6. On the OPTIONS tab, in the CAPTURE EXTRA UNIT, select ALL TIME.
