Inspection Tables

This program is used to add or edit deficiencies for an inspectable item.

Header

Dictionary Book

Select the Dictionary Book that the Inspectable Item is associated with.

Inspectable Item

Select the Inspectable Item to which you will be adding or editing deficiencies.

Deficiency Key

Enter or edit a brief description of the deficiency to serve as the lookup key.

For Example:

With Bathroom as the inspectable Item enter:

Plumbing - Clogged Drains (Bathroom)

Note:

The entered deficiency key will drop down into the Full Deficiency Text Information window when this field is tabbed or entered out of.

General

Full Deficiency Text Information

Enter additional or edit deficiency information that is already shown.

Parameters/Comments

Nominal Item Weight

Enter or edit the numeric weight to assign to the deficiency.

Level

Enter or increment to the numerical level of severity.

Work Order Interface

Enter or select a Service Code to use in an inspection work order for this deficiency.

Frequency of Use

Enter a numerical frequency of use.

Print Indicator

Select one of the following print options for the item:

Always Print
Detail Only
Never Print
Summary Only

Dflt Repair Within

Select a default time frame from those that have been setup in Dictionary Books.

Inactive Item

Place a checkmark in this field if this item is no longer active.

Default as Passed

Place a checkmark in this field if this item should be marked "passed" as a default during the inspection. Users may fail the item if necessary.
