Application Waiting List - All Bedrooms

Go to Reports>>Waiting List (All Bedroom Sizes)

This program generates a report of Section 8 applicants by position/sequence order based on the selections entered.  The Preference Legend will only display preferences/sequences that apply to the selected list and preference/sequence point values will be displayed in parenthesis in the legend area.  The report will show applicants with preferences first and then applicants that do not have a preference.   An initial will display for the type of accessibility that has been requested on the extreme right column of the report.

Application Selections

Application For

Enter or select an Application For code for the report.  This is a required field.

Waiting List

Enter or select a Waiting List code for the report.  This will restrict the report to only include the applicants who are on the selected waiting list.  The waiting list field may be left blank to generate a report that includes a separate list for all waiting lists.

Other Selections

Bedroom Size

Enter or increment to the desired number of bedrooms to report on.  To include all bedroom sizes on the report, leave the bedroom size at the default of "99".

Effective Date

Enter an effective date for the report in a mmddyy or mmddyyyy format.  There is no need to enter the slashes the program will insert them.

Only Top ___ Applicants

When a number is entered into this field, the report will be restricted to those applicants who are within the position/sequence number entered.

Leave the field blank or enter a "0" to include all applicants on the report.

For Example:

Enter the number 25 and only applicants in the top twenty five positions/sequences on the waiting list will be included on the report.

Include Pending Status

Check the box if applicants with a status of pending are to be included on the report.  Applicants with the pending status will be in bold print.

Enhanced Merge

Create Merge Interface

If you are running the report in order to print batch letters or merge information, enter a check mark in Create Merge Interface.  If this box is not checked, applicant or merge information will not be available for printing merge forms or letters.

Output Options

One or more of these options may be selected.

Sort by

Place the selection "dot" within one of the circles to have the report print out in the selected option.

This does not change the position/sequence of an applicant, only the sort order of the report.

Enter a check mark in one or more of the following to exclude applicants:

May select one of the following options or leave blank:

Report Options

Clear Selections

Click the Clear Selections button to remove selected information from the fields.  Other selections may then be made.

Preview

Click the Preview button to view the report on screen.  The report may be printed from within the preview screen.  Click here for more preview details.

Print Setup

Click the Print Setup button to bring up a print dialog box.  Select the printer and click the Print button to send it to the printer.

Print

Click the Print button to bring up the print setup dialog box.  Select the printer and click ok to send the report to the printer.

Cancel

Click the Cancel button to close the program.
