Attendance or services need entered for billable services to be created. Billable services can be created through the following methods. 

Consumer Time Tracking - Group Entry

Consumer Time Tracking - Individual Entry

Job Entry

Residential Attendance Entry

Residential Attendance using Load My Homes

Time Based Service Entry

Enter Services on StratusMobile App

Review and Correct Services

  1. After all services are entered, review the Service Detail Report to make sure the overall total matches the amount you intend to bill.
  2. If the overall total does not match, go to Service Maintenance to find the individual/services that need corrected.  
  3. Click on the batch link to edit the details of the service on the Time Based Entry screen.
  4. Make sure to click SAVE.
  5. Click the RETURN TO MAINTENANCE button to go back to the Service Maintenance screen.
  6. After all services are corrected, review the Service Detail Report to make sure the overall total matches the amount you intend to bill.
